Command Center of IT LLC (“Command Center of IT,” “CCIT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) owns and operates ccithouston.com, portal.ccithouston.com, and any related websites, portals, or digital platforms linking to these Terms of Use (individually, a “Site” and collectively, the “Sites”).

SMS consent is not shared with "Third Parties" (except SMS providers).

• Business interruption

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

• Continuous uptime

11. Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
